Ashley Cammisuli is the Founder and CEO of GLOW Beauty Bar Inc., Glowtox, and the GLOW Institute—award-winning brands built to empower women through advanced skincare, medical aesthetics, and expert education. Her passion for skin health began with her personal struggles with acne, fueling her mission to help others feel confident in their skin.

 

With over a decade of experience and more than 20 professional certifications, including medical aesthetics, Ashley is a trusted authority in the beauty and wellness industry. She began her career in cosmetics and mobile makeup artistry, offering spray tanning, makeup applications, and skincare services across the Greater Toronto Area. Her work has been featured in fashion shows, bridal events, television, TIFF, and more.

 

In 2018, Ashley opened the first GLOW Beauty Bar boutique facial spa in Etobicoke, after years of running a successful mobile beauty bar. Since then, GLOW has grown into one of Toronto’s top-rated facial spas, known for luxurious treatments, cutting-edge skincare, and exceptional client care. The spa has received multiple nominations and won titles such as Top Choice Award's Best Medi Spa in Etobicoke and BlogTO's Top Spa in Toronto for Facials.

 

Ashley is also the creator of Glowtox, her own line of barrier health skincare and wellness products designed to deliver results beyond the treatment room. Through the GLOW Institute, she trains aspiring aestheticians and beauty entrepreneurs, sharing her knowledge and commitment to results-driven, personalized care.

 

Today, Ashley continues to lead with purpose, curating new services, launching innovative products, and hosting community-driven wellness events. Her vision for the future includes expanding GLOW Beauty Bar across Canada through franchising, scaling Glowtox, and continuing to empower women with tools, treatments, and education for radiant skin and self-confidence.
